We have a closed-frame CNC-controlled punching machine in service at our site. The machine can accommodate a board with a maximum size of 1250mm x 2500mm, but it can process longer boards due to automatic repositioning,. It can punch carbon steel plates up to 6mm thick and stainless steel plates up to 3mm thick, making it ideal for processing thin plates. The tools are maintained (sharpened) in our workshop.

The machine can create smaller deep drawings, eye drawings, ventilation gills, and other forms with suitable tools. Nibbling can achieve a maximum of 600 punches per minute, with a punching force of 20t.

We recommend using this machine when many holes, openings, and moldings need to be placed on the product. It enables cost-effective production of small parts, in these cases, the part that falls out of the plate is the part to be manufactured.
